• Booking information — venues booked, dates, times, team or group size, and payment confirmation.
• Organizer details — for venue owners and event organizers, business name, trade licence, and payout information.
• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location when you allow it, collected automatically as you use the site or app.

We use the information we collect to operate FieHub and to keep it useful, safe, and relevant:

• To create and manage your account, and to confirm and manage bookings.
• To process payments and send booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts.
• To personalise venue recommendations based on sport, emirate, and past activity.
• To communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests, and send service updates.
• To detect fraud, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and keep the platform secure.

FieHub uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your filter and language preferences, and understand how the platform is used.

• Essential cookies — required for login, checkout, and core site functions. These cannot be switched off.
• Preference cookies — remember your language (EN/AR), city, and saved filters.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand which venues and features are most used, so we can improve the map and search experience.

We share limited data with trusted third parties who help us operate FieHub:

• Payment processors — to securely process bookings and refunds. FieHub does not store full card numbers.
• Mapping providers — to display venue locations on our interactive map.
• Communication tools — to send SMS and email confirmations and reminders.

These providers only receive the data needed to perform their service and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

We store your data on secure servers with encryption in transit and access controls limiting who inside FieHub can view it. Payment details are handled by PCI-compliant payment partners rather than stored directly on our systems.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we continually review our safeguards to reduce risk. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you in line with applicable UAE law.

Depending on your location, you have rights over your personal data, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, where applicable, GDPR for users in the European Economic Area:

• Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

FieHub is intended for users aged 18 and over who can enter into a booking agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Team or youth sports bookings made by a parent, guardian, or coach must be made under an adult account, with the adult responsible for the accuracy of any information provided about participants.
