These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FieHub, a platform connecting players, teams, and event organizers with sports venues across the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or booking a venue through FieHub, you agree to the terms below.
By accessing or using FieHub — whether as a player booking a venue, a team registering for an event, or an organizer listing a venue — you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform. We may update these terms periodically; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
FieHub supports two main account roles:
- Players/Teams — book venues, join events, and manage bookings.
- Organizers — list venues, manage availability and pricing, and receive bookings and payouts.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration details and let us know promptly if anything changes.
Organizers listing a venue on FieHub agree to:
- Provide accurate venue information, including sport type, capacity, pricing, and availability.
- Hold any trade licence or permit required to operate the venue under UAE law.
- Honor confirmed bookings, and give reasonable notice if a venue becomes unavailable.
- Maintain the venue in a safe and usable condition for the sport it is listed for.
FieHub may remove listings that are inaccurate, unsafe, or in breach of these terms.
Prices shown on FieHub are in AED and include applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected at the time of booking through our secure payment partners.
A booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation is issued. Organizers receive payouts for completed bookings on a regular payout cycle, less the FieHub service fee.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial charge, shown at the time of cancellation.
- If an organizer cancels a confirmed booking, the player or team receives a full refund.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take a number of business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
When using FieHub, you agree not to:
- Provide false information when registering, booking, or listing a venue.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches UAE regulations.
- Attempt to bypass FieHub's booking and payment system to avoid service fees.
- Harass, discriminate against, or endanger other users or venue staff.
- Interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
FieHub connects players and organizers but does not own or operate the listed venues. We are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage occurring at a venue, which remains the responsibility of the venue operator and participants.
FieHub's platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim relating to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from your use of FieHub that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
